The Role and You We are looking for an experienced Field Services Manager to lead Field Services department.

An exciting position for a switched-on leader to provide effective leadership & guidance to the Team Leaders managing our experienced teams of coordinators and field-based technicians. Part of the Senior Leadership Group (SLG), this key operational leadership role requires an excellent understanding of technical compliance including the importance of effective & efficient planning and scheduling to ensure our equipment is well maintained, repaired and/or serviced. There is a real focus on assessing best practice, evaluating areas for improvements & efficiency gains, and working collaboratively with SLG colleagues and the business.

You build strong working relationships with key external and internal stakeholders and are a natural people leader who coaches, mentors and fosters a culture of performance excellence. What youll bring Relevant business or technical qualification NZQA L7 or similar. 5 years leadership experience in a similar role Demonstrated competency in compliance management requirements, understanding of NZS3551 will be highly advantageous Logical thinker, able to understand and interpret large sets of data Demonstrated ability to absorb, interpret and communicate new concepts, techniques, methods, and technical know-how.

Demonstrated experience in working cross-functionally, and building effective relationships with key stakeholders Ability to identify problems & opportunities and take action High work ethic, customer focus and a desire to exceed customer expectations.
