Benefits Competitive compensation and benefits Career growth opportunities Supportive team culture Innovative working environment About the role You will have to hit monthly sales, customer satisfaction, and KPI targets while delivering an exceptional buying experience Manage the complete financing and insurance process - from application to compliance and documentation Maintain a spotless, professional dealership environment that impresses customers from arrival to departure Support the sales team by assisting customers, completing test drive forms, and following up promptly on all sales leads Liaise closely with lenders, insurance providers, and internal teams to ensure smooth, timely processing and vehicle delivery Handle cash sales and ensure all legal, compliance, and anti-money laundering requirements are met Keep detailed daily records and regularly update management on sales performance and progress Lead training and collaborate with the sales team to boost product knowledge and generate new finance and insurance leads About you Good level of experience as an Automotive F & I Manager in New Zealand Excellent communication skills Organised and driven Keen to be part of a sales team that is hungry and proactive Why this role?
