Hybrid work environment Happy to chat flexible working Your new role As the Finance Business Partner, you will be supporting the NZ and Pacific business and own the relationship with key senior stakeholders to provide support in making financially sound decisions based on best-practice advice and recommendations. Key aspects of your role will include: Drive accurate and timely Financial Performance Reporting (flash, monthly management packs, product profitability reviews, etc.
). Support budget and forecast processes. Assist with financial planning, including business profitability, key ratios, balance sheet management, etc.
Collaborate with the broader divisional Finance Partnering team and Group. Develop a deep understanding of the business to provide relevant, informed advice supported by timely, accurate financial analysis and commentary. Support various projects and initiatives requiring financial input and review on an ad hoc basis.
Simplify ways of working and implement automation to gain better insights into performance and trends. About you We're looking for a team player who can collaborate and go beyond their role when required. The ideal candidate: Is CA/CPA qualified (or part-qualified) or holds an equivalent designation. Has experience managing the full P&L, developing business cases, and ideally, working with profitability analysis and financial modelling. Possesses strong Excel skills and a passion for reporting and automation; experience with Power BI is highly desirable.
