The incumbent finance manager is going on leave, so they require an experience finance manager to join the team for the next 14 months.

The Role As the Finance Manager you will report directly to an impressive GM-Finance and manage 3 staff. You will have excellent written/verbal communication skills and have no issues being across the business. You will be responsible for the following tasks: Duties Provide strategic recommendations to senior management to support long-term growth objectives.

Oversee month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk effectively. Monitor key financial metrics, identify variances, and drive corrective actions.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards. Partner with other departments to deliver proactive financial solutions that enhance performance. Mentor and develop finance team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
