About the role Were looking for a Client Engagement Adviser to join our Client Experience team. In this role, youll focus on strengthening relationships with existing clients by providing personalised, goals-based financial advice at pivotal moments in their journey with Fisher Funds.

Your mission? To retain and delight our clients, helping them stay on track to achieve their financial dreams. Youll proactively reach out to clients, offer meaningful insights into their financial progress, and identify opportunities for further advice and support all while modelling the values that make Fisher Funds unique. What you'll be doing Providing personalised financial advice to existing clients across KiwiSaver and Managed Funds.

Engaging with clients at key moments to build loyalty, increase retention, and identify organic growth opportunities. Keeping client records updated and compliant with regulations and Fisher Funds standards. Staying at the forefront of financial advice practices through continuous professional development (CPD) and membership with a professional association.

Collaborating with internal teams to deliver an outstanding client experience. Managing operational and compliance risks responsibly, with a strong focus on health, safety, and wellbeing. What you'll bring Certificate in Financial Services Level 5 (Investment) and qualified to be a Financial Adviser (required).

A strong commitment to delivering excellent client outcomes and advice. Outstanding empathy, communication, and relationship management skills. Proven ability to build trust, manage client concerns, and retain clients.

Solid technical knowledge of investments, financial advice strategies, and regulatory frameworks. Results-driven mindset with experience delivering high standards of advice through digital platforms. A passion for continuous improvement and high professional standards.
