About the Role: This hands-on role involves a mix of assembly, precision fitting, preventative maintenance, and mechanical fault-finding. Youll be working on Rollformer systems and other specialised equipment, contributing to manufacturing excellence while ensuring machinery runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities: Assemble Rollformer systems and mechanical components to high quality standards and set targets Conduct routine and preventative maintenance on a range of machinery and equipment Diagnose and repair mechanical faults across various systems Collaborate with the production team to minimise downtime and maintain efficiency Support mechanical commissioning, installations, and system upgrades Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and safety checks Skills & Experience Required: Proven experience as a Fitter Turner or Maintenance Engineer Skilled in reading engineering drawings and schematics Proficient in using milling machines, lathes, and hand tools Strong mechanical knowledge and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and teamwork skills A methodical, proactive approach to maintenance tasks Relevant trade qualification in mechanical engineering Sound understanding of health and safety regulations Desirable Extras: Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, or basic electrical systems Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools Ability to work both independently and within a team environment Why Join This Team?
