Partnering with renowned Chef Gareth Stewart, our establishment is more than just a place to dine; it is a standalone destination cherished by locals and admired by international guests.

We are now looking to expand our team from July 2025 , and are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join us. If you are available to commence in or around this time, wed love to hear from you! As the Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will be the face of Advieh, setting the tone for an unforgettable dining experience from the moment guests walk through our doors. Your warmth, efficiency, and attention to detail will ensure every guest feels welcomed and valued.

When not greeting guests, you will support our Food and Beverage team by overseeing various sections of the restaurant and stepping in wherever needed - whether its shaking a cocktail, making a coffee or assisting with service during peak times. Explore your journey ahead Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and efficient seating process. Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimise the dining experience and restaurant flow.

Provide guests with menus and answer any initial questions they may have. Coordinate with the culinary and service team to ensure timely and accurate service. Assist with the supervision and training of restaurant staff.

Support the Food and Beverage leadership team in maintaining high standards of service. Step in to assist with various tasks, such as preparing beverages or supporting the service team during peak times. Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive resolution.

Maintain a clean and organised host station and front-of-house area. What we expect from you Previous experience in a similar role within a high-end restaurant or hospitality environment. Exceptional guest service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing an unparalleled guest experience.
