About you: We are on the look-out for a keen and enthusiastic full-time Front of House superstar to join our team at our Freemans Bay Caf. If you're passionate about delivering top-notch customer service and creating unforgettable dining experiences, then this is the role for you! This is a part-time role working 6 hours on a Tuesday (potential for more hours) Day to day in this role you will: Work alongside our FOH and Barista team to ensure that every cup of coffee that leaves our hands is at the same high quality standard.

Taking orders and operating the till system Provide an excellent coffee experience to our Robert Harris customers. Lead by example and motivate those around you, execute drink preparation, service and a spirit of genuine hospitality. We are looking for someone who: Has a genuine love for coffee and the hospitality industry and is eager to share their knowledge and experience.

Is enthusiastic, friendly, and able to work under pressure in a team environment Communicates effectively with fellow staff and customers and maintain focus and work at pace. Has Barista skills in all areas of preparation: brewing, espresso, latte art is desired The ability to build strong relationships with both coworkers and our customers.
