Job Description Ballantynes is seeking a dynamic individual with extensive Front of House Hospitality experience and strong Barista skills to join our hospitality team. The role offers a great variety working within the Kin Bistro in our Christchurch store. As a Front of House Caf Assistant, you will be providing exceptional service to our customers and assisting with day-to-day operations within the department.
The successful candidate will have the following experience and skills: Extensive Experience working Front of House in a fast-paced environment. Proven ability to produce consistent, high-quality coffee in a timely manner Table Service Experience High Standard of Customer Service Skills Strong Communication Skills Duty Manager License/LCQ Qualification Preferred.
