Youll be a hands-on leader during service, mentoring your team and ensuring every guest receives attentive, personalised care. Your focus on high standards, continuous improvement, and operational efficiency will be vital in creating memorable guest experiences and maintaining the strong reputation of Jacks Point. This role also plays a key part in the broader leadership team, contributing to strategic planning, financial performance, and business development.
Youll oversee staff recruitment and development, coordinate guest events, support marketing initiatives, and work closely with the kitchen, golf, and hospitality operations teams to maximise opportunities across the restaurant and resort. Some of the key responsibilities include: Leadership & Team Development Lead, mentor, and manage the front-of-house team with a hands-on, service-focused approach Undertake recruitment, training, performance management, and roster planning Build a high-performing team culture thats ready to support the next phase of growth and change Operational Excellence & Product Development Take an active role in shaping the future of Jacks Points F&B offering, contributing to the redesign of menus, beverage programs, and guest experience touchpoints Work closely with the Head Chef and leadership team to develop cohesive food and beverage products aligned with the identity of Jacks Point Oversee daily front-of-house operations while also helping evolve systems, service flows, and venue use to support a refreshed business direction Guest Experience & Concept Evolution Champion a guest-first approach, using insight and feedback to influence design decisions and product improvements Curate and deliver events, activations, and seasonal offerings that reflect Jacks Points setting and brand values Collaborate across departments to create memorable, revenue-generating moments throughout the year Business Strategy & Financial Oversight Contribute to business strategy, commercial planning, and long-term F&B development Help define and track key performance metrics, manage COGS and profitability, and identify new revenue opportunities Ensure compliance with licensing, food safety, and employment standards Lead health and safety practices across all restaurant operations Desirable Skills and Experience Your business acumen and leadership will be essential in fostering a collaborative, high-performing front-of-house team while supporting the ongoing growth and development of Jacks Points hospitality offering.
