Key position responsibilities include, but not limited to: Conduct regular inspections and sensory evaluations to assess product quality, and perform laboratory tests to ensure compliance with quality standards. Monitor and enforce adherence to food safety regulations, develop and implement food safety protocols, and collaborate with the team to maintain a safe and compliant production environment. Maintain accurate records of inspections, testing, and quality assessments, and prepare reports for management review and regulatory compliance.

Train production staff on quality standards and food safety practices, and provide support during internal and external audits to ensure a culture of quality and compliance. Investigate quality issues and non-conformance reports, implement corrective actions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality challenges and drive continuous improvement. May require occasional travel to facilities and/or suppliers.

About you: A strong foundation in quality management and data analysis Excellent communication and organisational skills.
