Functional Consultant (D365) Duration: 3-month contract, full-time (100% utilisation) Rate: $120-130 per hour, excluding GST Location: Wellington Central, New Zealand About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Functional Consultant to join our team for an enhancement project. This role requires expertise in D365 development , configuring solutions using front-end bespoke tools, and managing enterprise systems with multiple integrations within a large Azure ecosystem . The consultant will play a crucial role in triaging complex issues and collaborating effectively with subject matter experts (SMEs).
Key Responsibilities: Dynamics 365 Customer service ( D365 CE suite) - experience Develop and configure solutions using D365 and front-end bespoke tools. Integrate enterprise systems within a large Azure ecosystem. Triage and resolve complex issues related to system functionalities.
Communicate effectively with SMEs and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions. Key Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in D365 development and configuring solutions. Strong understanding of enterprise systems and their integration within Azure.
Ability to triage and resolve complex technical issues efficiently. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams. Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to delivering solutions.
