ABOUT THE ROLE Reporting to the Site Supervisor, were looking for a Taranaki based general labourer with proven experience on civil construction projects. Role tasks: Manual labour including lifting, carrying and shovelling Operation of small plant and machinery on which you have been deemed competent Assisting other trades on site to allow tasks to be completed efficiently Spotting of operators using plant and machinery Placing concrete Collecting and/or delivering materials General housekeeping and site cleaning About you: Taranaki based Strong understanding of and commitment to health and safety Full drivers licence Excellent work ethic with the ability to work well in a team and follow instructions Sound health and physical fitness with the ability to work outdoors in varying weather Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug tests As our projects span geographical regions, it is important that you are prepared to travel and stay away as required.
