About the Role As the General Manager - Business Excellence, you will spearhead initiatives that drive operational excellence across every area of the business.

With a team of 4 direct reports there are really three big types of work youll lead and be accountable for: 1 - Solid Foundations | Turning compliance into excellence will be an exciting prospect for you. Whether leading the charge on safety or ensuring people follow the extensive set of TBWs (The Baygold Way), you will be looking beyond the bar of just compliance. Youll be passionate about ensuring the systems, processes and communication create a culture of excellence across every area.

Youll be able to inspire people to commit to more than the minimum and in the process help create an unbeatable team and a rock solid foundation. 2 - Continuous Improvement | Across a business like Baygold there are so many opportunities to drive meaningful improvements and continually become more efficient! Youll make sure you understand the business well and youll form a plan to target areas in order of criticality and impact. Youll be driven to look back every month and see genuine value add across the business as Baygold lifts the bar over and over.

3 - Commercial Focus | Across both of the above, as well as in supply chain planning youll have an eye for the numbers. Your ideas, plans and projects will be well thought through in terms of cost and return on investment.
