This true General Manager role will see you responsible for profit, growth and leadership in a progressive services-based business with well-established clients across New Zealand. You will be a strong people leader, adept in balancing fiscal management in a dynamic 24/7 business.

You will: Lead the NZ operations inclusive of sales growth & and implementing new clients Develop and execute plans to deliver revenue, growth and profit targets Maintain and further develop executive sponsorship within key clients Ensure service levels are achieved/over-achieved within agreed SLAs Manage transformation plans to deliver on business process improvement Have strong experience in maximising labour utilisation Work with a leadership team of 10 and their teams in driving growth plans, with an appreciation of diversity, equity & inclusion and ongoing training requirements to achieve increased capability and individual growth for team members Be strong in simplifying the complexity, and operationally very astute Provide all employees a safe workplace and sponsor an enjoyable environment for all.
Be a well-connected professional with deep relationships across diverse industry sectors Bring experience in managing legislative compliance in a highly regulated industry including involvement in pivotal Government relations.
