The practice is supported by a highly skilled nursing workforce, Health Improvement Practitioner, Kaiawhina Support Worker, Health Care Assistant and a large administrative team. The team is dedicated to addressing health equity and improving health outcomes for all patients and whnau.

What you will bring: Strong cultural confidence and competence, keeping whnau at the centre of care provided. An understanding of the socio-economic and cultural determinants of health.

Be self-motivated and independent yet thrive in a collaborative environment. An in-depth knowledge of and passion for primary health care. Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
