Fixed for two years, you'll ensure accurate, up-to-date electricity asset information in our systems. About the Role We're looking for a GIS-Asset Data Technician to ensure our electricity asset information is accurate and up to date in our business systems. Based in New Plymouth , this role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with data, collaborating with teams, and understands the importance of high quality / accurate data to drive decisions.

What Youll Do: Maintain data accuracy: Investigate, identify, and reconcile incomplete or inconsistent data. Ensure data quality: Enhance data completeness and reliability within our systems. Capture key information: Input accurate asset data following required standards.

Provide support: Respond to queries from the business and service providers. Collaborate across teams: Work with internal and external project team members to improve data integrity. What Were Looking For: Experience with ArcGIS and SAP (essential).

Strong attention to detail accuracy matters in keeping our network running smoothly. A team player with great communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude. Problem-solving mindset you see the bigger picture and how data fits into keeping the power on.

Electricity industry knowledge (preferred but not essential). If you thrive in a detail-oriented role, enjoy working with data, and want to contribute to a team that works across all areas of our business, we would love to hear from you.
