The ideal candidate will have the following: Experience in all types of glazing A passion to become a team leader or have prior leadership experience Skilled in working accurately with measurements with high levels of attention to detail Strong health and safety focus Good level of physical fitness A current NZ driver's licence A practical approach to solving problems with the ability think on your feet and prioritise your work, without dropping the ball Great communication skills with the ability to talk with people from all walks of life.
