Help solve critical financial and strategic challenges for our client base across broad product and sector groups by: Developing and strengthening client relationships, participating on advisory teams and assisting with structuring and executing a full range of financial transactions; Developing financial models, perform customised company valuation analysis and forecasting, assist with mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions and fixed income and equity issuances; Preparing client presentations, which explain industry trends, assess clients' situations and provide the necessary financial insights to help shape client investment strategies to meet their goals; Coordinating teams of tax advisers, attorneys, and bankers for various transactions; Organising due diligence processes and actively participate in the negotiations of legal documentation.
