By joining our property team, you will contribute to important projects that impact all New Zealanders such as infrastructure, transport, housing, and education. As a property graduate, youll use your knowledge of property legislation to help TPGs clients with the acquisition and disposal of land, supporting smooth negotiations and ensuring the process runs efficiently from start to finish. Some day-to-day aspects of the role include: Investigating the history of ownership and use of land Providing quality professional reports and recommendations to our clients Advising on statutory compliance Undertaking negotiations on the clients behalf Providing quality client service through courteous, prompt and efficient communication while building and maintaining positive relationships.
