Job Description Due to continued growth, our Transmission & Distribution team is expanding, and we're excited to welcome a Graduate-level Engineer to support a wide range of impactful projects across Aotearoa New Zealand and Australia. How you'll make a difference: As a graduate project engineer, you'll be mentored by industry experts while gaining hands-on experience in the design and delivery of transmission line projects. You'll be involved in: - Supporting the concept and detailed design of transmission lines using industry-standard tools such as PLS-CADD.

- Assisting with structural assessments and designs of towers and poles using Excel, PLS-TOWER, and PLS-POLE. - Learning to design various foundation types, including grillage, direct-embed, and pile foundations. - Contributing to design reports and project documentation.

- Participating in site visits and inspections to see your designs come to life. Qualifications The qualities that help you thrive: We know not everyone has years of experience - that's okay! What matters most is your enthusiasm to learn and grow. Ideally, you'll bring: - A recently completed or soon-to-be completed degree in Civil, Structural, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).

- A strong interest in transmission line design and a desire to work in the energy infrastructure sector. - Familiarity with design software (e.g.

, PLS-CADD) is a plus, but not essential - we'll train you! - Excellent communication skills and a willingness to work as part of a collaborative team. - A proactive, self-motivated mindset and a passion for solving real-world engineering challenges.
