From planting to weed eating, our Grounds Workers do it all Here's a glimpse of what your day-to-day activities might include: Maintaining both soft and hard landscaping areas Pruning, planting, flax cutting and general garden care Hedge trimming and weed eating Spraying herbicides and manually removing weeds What Are We Looking For? While practical experience in horticulture is ideal, it's not a must. If you have a great work ethic and a passion for working outdoors, you could be the perfect fit Here are some qualities we value: A current, full Class 1 drivers licence with the ability to drive a manual A good level of fitness, as the role can be physically demanding A team player with a positive attitude who naturally helps out teammates Excellent relationship-building and communication skills High motivation and a strong desire to get the job done The ability to use a smartphone and other technology is advantageous What We Can Offer You As part of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work with other professionals, gain further knowledge and experience, and develop your career in horticulture.
