Were investing in the quality and consistency of our offering across the group, with the goal of operating some of the top restaurants in New Zealand. We are currently looking for a talented Group Executive Chef to lead our kitchen teams, uphold high standards, and help shape the future of our food offering. The Opportunity This is a hands-on leadership role with real impact. Youll work directly with our chefs, venue managers, and support office team to lift performance, support innovation, and help build a food culture were proud of.
Youll be a regular presence in our kitchens, guiding teams through change, leading from the front, and ensuring consistency in execution. Youll also take ownership of operational foundationsaccurate food costings, effective training, and clear systemswhile collaborating on menu rollouts and updates. Key responsibilities Support and develop Head Chefs and kitchen teams to deliver consistent, high-quality food Guide the rollout of new menu items across the group, ensuring clear documentation and presentation standards Identify opportunities to improve kitchen performance and support teams with hands-on coaching Ensure costings and systems are accurate, current, and aligned to business goals Lead training initiatives to upskill teams and build a strong kitchen culture Collaborate with our contract chef on menu innovation and planning Travel monthly to venues nationwide to maintain strong engagement and oversight About You Youre a skilled and respected Chef with a passion for great food and a talent for leading teams.
Youre hands-on, solutions-focused, and energised by the opportunity to make a real difference. You bring a calm, professional presence, and know how to balance kitchen leadership with the back-of-house admin that keeps everything running smoothly.
