Our teams span 17 sites across Aotearoa and include frontline customer service officers, customer compliance specialists, and technical experts.

Together, we focus on education, intervention, and enforcement to maintain the integrity of the tax system and support customer success. M te tnga | About the role As a Group Lead , youll report to a Customer Segment Leader and lead multiple teams across New Zealand, through your team leaders. Youll play a key role in shaping how we deliver services, drive innovation, and support our people to succeed.

In this role you will: Champion a strong leadership vision, aligned with IRs priorities, and bring it to life through your people. Build a high-performing, inclusive environment that empowers teams to deliver great outcomes for customers.
