Job Description M te tranga | About the Role Our Head Gardeners play an important role in building thriving communities at Arvida. At Bethlehem Country Club, you will lead your team in providing a resort-style environment through planning, directing and overseeing the maintenance of 29 leafy acres of gardens, lawns and landscaping to an excellent standard. You will set and oversee the garden schedule, provide guidance and direction to the team and ensure all work is carried out according to design briefs, within budget and in accordance with correct procedures - all with a continuous improvement mindset.
We run natural, non-toxic systems in our villages and encourage a values-led working environment. This is an opportunity to truly make an impact on our residents' lives and their day-to-day surroundings. This is a full time role working Monday - Friday.
You will hold a Level 4 qualification in Horticulture, have an eye for design, extensive knowledge of plants and their habitats, demonstrate an interest in organics and sustainability, and experience in managing and developing a team..
