This role is responsible for creating a safe space, culturally welcoming environment for everyone who walks through our doors. As Head of House, you will: Oversee the day-to-day running of the whare, ensuring smooth operations Lead the front of house team with heart, purpose and mana Take charge of compliance, financials, and systems Create a welcoming, efficient and culturally inclusive space Coordinate building maintenance, contractors, and events Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm (40 hours per week) Ng pkenga me ng wheako | Skills & Experience Were looking for someone with: Leadership experience and ability to bring out the best in others Strong organisational skills and an eye for detail Confidence with office systems and Microsoft office A full, clean drivers licence A strong understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and commitment to work in a culturally responsive way R Katinga | Applications close: 21 June 2025.
