Hei kawe i ng mahi kia tutuki | This is us. Where making an impact matters. As Head of Regulatory Change in our Enterprise Risk team, youll lead our dedicated team in delivering regulatory change thats fit-for-purpose, future-proofed, and fully compliant.
Youll take ownership of our approach across the bank, making sure regulatory change is delivered by the right teams, on time, and to the right standards. Youll have an enterprise-wide view, assessing whats in the pipeline, whats being delivered, and how well were doing it. Youll challenge and support teams across the business to lift their game, improve transparency, and strengthen reporting so that delivery dates and accountabilities are crystal clear.
This role has high visibility, youll be reporting progress to our leadership team and Board and working closely with key teams across Risk, Legal, Tech, Compliance, and the business. Ko ttou tnei. Kia hpai i pkenga |This is us.
Where your expertise matters. To thrive in this role, youll be someone who enjoys cutting through complexity and bringing people together to deliver results. You might have led regulatory change delivery in a senior project, compliance, programme or consulting role.
Or you might bring enterprise delivery experience with a sharp lens on compliance and regulatory needs. We would love to hear from you if you have some of the following: A leader known for fostering a supportive and inspirational environment, operating with a growth mindset. Demonstrate experience in developing and leading high performing teams.
A proven track record in delivering complex, multi-system regulatory change across diverse business units. Depth of understanding in the operational impacts of change. Confidence in challenging delivery teams constructively and influencing senior stakeholders.
Skilled stakeholder management across technical, legal, compliance and business teams. Strong project and risk management skills, especially in resource-constrained environments. A mindset thats strategic, curious, and always looking for a better way.
