M te Tranga | About the Role In this role, youll provide expert home loan advice to our customers, building a network of clients across the area, supporting residential homeowners and property investors.

You will grow and sustain new business opportunities in home loans, working in a range of diverse and non-traditional environments, so you'll love the idea of being flexible and adaptable. Youll report to the Senior Partner Specialist Banking, and hes provided some great insight on what to expect with the role: What are 5 day to day tasks the person in this role will complete? Business development activities to secure new home lending opportunities and building a strong professional referral network Take ownership of the end-to-end home loan journey for your clients, from initial consultation to settlement Utilise your expert knowledge to provide tailored home loan solutions that meet our customers needs and goals Build strong relationships with customers in their preferred environment, whether that's in their homes or at a convenient location. As the home loan market is evolving at a fast pace, the challenge will be to make sure your networking and business development skills are strong, and within the growth segments, to generate new home loan opportunities consistently.

We are looking for: Exceptional lending knowledge and credit skills in the home lending space Attention to detail to get things right first time Youll be familiar with the area and ideally already have strong relationships and networking abilities in and around the area A sound understanding of the property market, as well as the housing under construction, property development and turnkey industries This position is 37.5 hours per week, with flexibility to work weekends and afterhours as part of the full-time.
