GSK is looking for an experienced Hospital Sales Representative to join our high-performing NZ team. As a Hospital Sales Representative based in Auckland, you will be promoting key Oncology and vaccines brands, with full ownership and accountability for managing secondary care accounts across your territory. You will provide a consistent, science-led and value-added service for a range of specialists who support the best treatment outcomes for patients.

Your role will be varied and will include: Building and developing relationships and credibility with external experts and health care professionals and participating in robust and transparent scientific dialogue Using insights to develop and deliver a comprehensive business and account plans to drive value and deliver growth Identifying, developing and delivering specialist advocacy initiatives and opportunities Supporting the implementation of key programmes which differentiate and enhance GSKs standing in the healthcare market Continuing to expand your knowledge and expertise in this therapeutic area To be successful in this role you will have: Substantial experience working in a pharmaceutical Hospital Sales Representative role Working knowledge and understanding of the complexities of the NZ hospital environment Experience working with Oncology, Haematology and Gastroenterology would be beneficial Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to interpret and relay complex scientific information Growth mind set A sharp commercial and strategic focus, complemented by outstanding account management and relationship-building skills Strong tech ability, with a focus on omnichannel Full NZ Driver's License and the ability to take on regular drive travel GSK, e whakapono ana mtou ki te kaha o ttahi ohu mahi kanorau e kauawhi ana i te katoa.
