This is a pivotal role for someone with proven experience in setting up and managing food and beverage services to shape the corporate hospitality experience at BNZ. You will be working alongside key stakeholders to enhance workplace culture through high-quality food and beverage services. What are some of the day to day tasks the person in this role will complete? Oversee and manage all aspects of caf operations, including resource planning, supply procurement and inventory forecasting, to ensure efficient and effective day-to-day functioning. Create a welcoming, high-quality food and beverage experience tailored to the corporate environment. Develop and manage diverse menus for daily caf offerings and corporate events that accommodate dietary requirements and cultural preferences.

Coordinate and manage in-house catering services for daily activities and formal corporate events. Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations. Implement processes to optimize efficiency, cost control, and service excellence.

What projects / mahi (work) will the candidate be working on now and into the next year? In your first six months the focus will be to lead out and establish an in-house caf and catering service at BNZ Place Auckland, as well as develop the operating frameworks. Your expertise will contribute to the overall workplace experience, making our Auckland corporate office a hub of collaboration and engagement. What is the most exciting thing about this opportunity?
