This 12-month maternity leave cover is your chance to make a real difference in a respected, purpose-led organisation at the intersection of technology and health. With their current HRBP going on leave mid-July, they are keen to bring someone on board beforehand for a seamless transition.
What Youll Be Doing: Youll be the go-to for around 1520 people managers, providing trusted advice across the full employee lifecycle. Key focus areas include: People Partnering & Coaching: Guide managers through challenges and change. Help resolve issues early and foster positive outcomes.
Change Management: Lead nuanced processes around restructures, redeployment, and role changesnot just ticking boxes. Employment Relations: Confidently manage ER cases and consultations with minimal hand-holding. Be a calm, knowledgeable sounding board.
Recruitment: Support the talent process when needed, from shortlisting to onboarding. HR Process Support: Help steer salary reviews, headcount tracking, and market comparisons. Culture Amp & Engagement: Own the employee experienceuse tools like Culture Amp to run engagement surveys, 360s, and goal setting.
Hands-on Admin: Onboarding, approvals, and employee lifecycle tasksno job too small when it supports a great culture. Who are they looking for?
