If you thrive on enhancing and supporting teams in construction and are dedicated to maintaining excellence and safety, we want to hear from you! This role requires excellent time management and organisational skills, as youll juggle various responsibilities across health, safety, quality, training, environment, and sustainability. You should be able to manage multiple tasks in both reactive and proactive environments. You will be our go-to expert on HSQE processes and systems, capable of guiding others through coaching and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Your high attention to detail and ability to apply logic to complex information will ensure compliance excellence. In a ddition to the above you will: Support a high-performing Civil team across New Zealand, championing our digital reporting systems. Engage with all levels of management and field staff across the business.

Were looking for someone with: At least 2 years experience in a HSQE administration role, preferably in civil construction or a similar high-risk industry.
Strong expertise in digital systems and a keen ability to master new technologies quickly. Capable of coaching and mentoring others in their learning process. Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with a wide range of people at all levels.
Strong coordination skills and the ability to switch tasks while maintaining productivity. Excellent problem-solving and stress management skills. Ability to gather and analyse data, research, compile information, and prepare reports.
Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Office Suite. You'll use your excellent people skills to build genuine and lasting relationships with our team (were one big whnau). Your skills and experience will help get the best out of others to achieve our strategic objectives.
