Harvey Norman People Operations team has a fantastic opportunity for an up-and-coming Human Resources Professional! Located at our Head Office in Manukau, this is a 6 month fixed-term, full time role working Monday to Friday. Some of the key tasks you will be doing include: HR Support & Administration: Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries via email and phone. Manage employee lifecycle changes, including long service leave and employment variations, while maintaining accurate HR systems and records.
Reporting & Coordination: Prepare accurate and timely HR reports (monthly, quarterly, ad hoc) and collaborate with Payroll and other stakeholders as needed. Work with the Recruitment Advisor to ensure a smooth hiring process, supporting hiring managers and delivering a positive candidate experience. Manage job postings, candidate follow-ups, and advert closures.
Provide basic system support, including troubleshooting and password resets.
