About the role Our team is growing, and we are looking for an intermediate level Change Consultant to join our Auckland based Change Management Consulting team.

What youll do As a key member of our change and transformation practice, you'll: Lead and support the delivery of end-to-end change management strategies for business, digital, and organisational transformations Develop stakeholder engagement plans, communication strategies, and training approaches Work closely with client teams to embed change, build capability, and measure success Navigate complex environments with ease, balancing agility and structure to drive results Coach leaders and teams through periods of ambiguity and transformation Contribute to internal capability building, frameworks, and thought leadership What you bring 7 years of experience in change management, organisational transformation, or related fields Proven ability to work across a range of industries or complex organisational structures Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills Confidence and presence to work with senior leaders and cross-functional teams Flexibility and a proactive mindset youre energised by solving problems and making change real What we offer Discretionary annual bonus.
