Intermediate Legal Executive Residential Conveyancing We are seeking an experienced Intermediate Legal Executive to join a well-established team specialising in residential conveyancing. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and driven Legal Executive who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. About the Role In this role, you will: Manage residential conveyancing for a diverse range of clients, including regular investors, first-home buyers, high-net-worth clients, and refinancing transactions.

Work independently, handling your own secretarial tasks, with support from an office junior for general admin duties. Collaborate with a team of senior Legal Executives who focus on development work. Report directly to a Senior Associate and benefit from the support of other Legal Executives.

If you have the skills to do estate administration, wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney (EPOAs), and trust work this would be beneficial but not essential. What Were Looking For Proven experience in residential conveyancing as a Legal Executive (this is not a junior role). Strong communication skills, both with clients and colleagues.
