The Role As part of this role, you'll take on a mix of desktop support and service desk duties, assisting with up to level 2 technical issues encountered by users during their daily operations. Based in Auckland, you'll provide support nationwide across New Zealand, specialising in the Microsoft stack such as M365, Entra ID, and Azure. Working alongside the IT team and your manager, you'll also contribute to streamlining processes to deliver smoother and more effective support.

Your Profile: At least 3 years of hands-on experience in a similar role Proficient communication skills, skilled in interacting with stakeholders on various levels Strong experience working with Microsoft technologies such as M365, Azure, Entra ID etc. General understanding of network infrastructure Ability to document procedures and processes Outstanding interpersonal skills Ability to operate effectively both autonomously and as part of a team Please note, this a contract position so only candidates who have valid working rights in New Zealand can be considered.
