As our first IT Project Manager, you'll work closely with the Director of IT and the Project Manager in our PMO, to support the successful delivery of technical and business initiatives across the organisation. Youll engage with stakeholders, manage key business applications, and help streamline processes that make a real difference in how we operate, while also supporting the delivery of our IT roadmap. What youll be doing; Project Management: Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and communication to ensure the successful and timely delivery of key projects while adhering to our PMO standards.
Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement mitigation strategies. Business Process Improvement: Support teams in mapping and analysing current workflows, and develop clear AS IS and TO BE process documentation to guide improvements. Technical Support Oversight: Manage and maintain core business applications, including user access, escalations, and support ticket resolution.
Training & Documentation: Make your mark and create and deliver training materials and documentation to support user adoption. What youll bring Proven experience in IT project management, business analysis, or related roles. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Solid understanding of business applications, integrations, and process mapping. Familiar with project management tools and methodologies. A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a keen eye for detail.
