Your Day-to-Day | Ng mahi o ia r: Collaborate with the Private Enterprise compliance team to support New Zealands privately-owned businesses in meeting their goals. Assist in preparing annual accounts and tax returns, or monthly management work, initially focusing on smaller and more straightforward clients (including data entry, spreadsheet work, drafting accounts, etc.
). Respond to client queries and support the compliance team in managing client relationships concerning income tax, GST, and other indirect taxes. Attend in-house or external training to enhance your knowledge and proficiency in using professional accounting software.
Apply your learning directly to practical challenges, gaining hands-on experience. Provide insightful financial solutions and advice to help businesses thrive. Balance your work commitments with part-time study as you progress toward becoming a Chartered Accountant.
