Do you have a foundation in designing and executing test plans and a desire to grow your technical skills? If so, join Tait's Engineering Team as a Junior Test Analyst (fixed Term) to cover Parental Leave. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their testing career to gain hands-on experience and develop within a collaborative and innovative environment. You'll be part of a small, supportive software team working on the tools that help our customers configure, calibrate, and update our radios.

In this role, you will: Learn and apply different testing methodologies (exploratory, bench testing, field trial, automation, etc.) Work within cross-functional, agile development teams Contribute to interesting and meaningful projects Be supported in your personal and professional development Be introduced to a wide range of technologies Enjoy cake when we release software (yes, really!) About you We're looking for someone who is eager to learn and grow in a technical testing environment. Ideally, you will have: A tertiary qualification in Software Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field (or working toward one) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills An interest in learning test automation tools and methodologies (e.

g., Python, Playwright, Cypress or Selenium) A curious mindset and willingness to ask questions A passion for technology and continuous improvement Nice to have (but not required): Some exposure to automated testing or scripting An understanding of radio systems or embedded hardware Familiarity with the software development lifecycle Experience with Python or similar programming languages What's in it for you?
