Job Title Key Account Manager End User Projects Job Description Were looking for a Key Account Manager to join our Professional End User Projects team in New Zealand. You light the way. More about the role As a Key Account Manager, youll be responsible for developing and maintaining strong working relationships with key influencers within the lighting specification community & broader construction industry, and maximizing sales opportunities by creating demand through Signify named specifications in connected lighting related projects. Youll develop, maintain and improve relations with large end-user key accounts by creating commercial opportunities through innovative lighting solutions.

Youll drive for the highest level of customer satisfaction by understanding the customers challenges and taking on a solution-based approach, with the target to establish Signify as a preferred lighting products and solutions provider. Youll create tailored connected lighting solutions that promote energy efficiency, safety and sustainability. Youll hunt for brand new opportunities in the segment.

Youll ensure professional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. More about you While we value and appreciate all applicants, we believe that the following experience and skills will be needed to shine brightly in this job opening: Bachelor or Masters degree in Business Management, Economics, Technology, or related discipline and a results-driven, proactive approach. 5 years of experience in a Key Account Management role, selling technical products/solutions specifically for large office and/or industrial end-users in New Zealand.

Proven ability to achieve ambitious sales targets as well as understanding complex sales cycles at strategic level. Understands Technology/Software & Connectivity domains. Customer centric with ability to adjust plans and actions to meet changing market / customer needs.
