Job Description About the Role: At Summerset, we place high value on providing an exceptional dining experience for our residents and visitors. To provide this we have implemented a new food strategy, to enhance the overall dining experience for our residents and visitors. Therefore, we are looking for a Kitchen Assistant at our Hobsonville Village who has a genuine interest in providing quality services.
This is a Casual role. Working on an as and when needed basis Your responsibilities will include: Following the requirements of the Food Control Plan to ensure that all elements are completed as documented Cleaning of all kitchen surfaces including washing dishes and removing rubbish from the kitchen Working with the chef to unload and put away stock Supporting the chef with food preparation.
