College Catering is a large food service operation producing over 8500 meals per day to eleven University Colleges. The role/Te mahi We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Kitchen Assistant to join our team in the sushi section of our Central Production Kitchen.

This is ideal for someone with a passion for sushi preparation and a strong background in commercial kitchens. The key responsibilities of this role are assist in the preparation and presentation of sushi items, ensure high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety in accordance with our HACCP program, and collaborate efficiently as part of a busy and fast-paced team. Hours of work are 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 6\:00am 2\:30pm. Hours may be adjusted based on business needs. The position will commence in June 2025.

The appointment range is $25.53 26.56 per hour.
