Job Description Our Ambassador will: Responsible for the cleaning duties within the kitchen or food preparation area, including the cleaning of cooking and general utensils used in a restaurant and/or a kitchen. Maintain a high level of workplace hygiene and safety in the kitchen and related areas. Assist with the assembly and preparation of ingredients for cooking as required.

Cleaning, sanitation and storage of all cutlery, crockery, kitchen equipment and appliances, using wither industrial washing machines or hand washing as appropriate. Cleaning of walls, floors and general kitchen work spaces, working to cleaning schedule as prescribed for the area. Cleaning of food storage areas including fridges, cool rooms and dry goods stores, ensuring that principles of food hygiene are being observed; report any hazards or problems to Executive Chef.

Remove rubbish regularly, ensure that kitchen and waste areas are free of refuse. Clean industrial bins on a daily basis. General maintenance and cleaning of the loading dock.
