In this rolle you will be: Assisting chefs and cooks in the preparation of complex dishes and recipes; Cleaning, chopping, and slicing vegetables, fruits, and meats; Ensuring that all kitchen equipment is in good working order; reporting any issues or malfunctions to the appropriate personnel. Transferring, assessing weight, and verifying the integrity of supplies and equipment. Maintaining inventory of food supplies and ingredients; restocking when necessary.
Gathering and organizing ingredients for culinary purposes, as well as crafting salads, appetizers, and sandwiches. Arranging and preparing food and beverage trays for efficient service. Assisting with plating and presentation of dishes; ensuring that they meet quality standards before being served to customers.
Sanitizing kitchen spaces, culinary workstations and dishwashing areas and cleaning up after meals are finished; washing dishes, cooking and general utensils, pots, pans and other kitchen equipment. Preparing basic food items by cooking, toasting, and heating. Following all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries in the kitchen.
