Our client is looking for an L&D Specialist who brings warmth, energy, and detail-focused execution to everything they do. This is not your typical L&D role. You wont be stuck delivering workshops day in and day out.
Instead, youll be at the centre of building, shaping, and evolving how learning happensusing tech, storytelling, data, and good old-fashioned heart. What Youll Do Drive the development of a structured L&D plan that supports business strategy and employee development needs. Own our LMS (Docebo): maintain, improve, support, and make it sing.
Design and build digital learning using tools like Articulate and even podcast recording/editing. Partner with SMEs to build and maintain an annual learning calendarand make sure it happens! Turn LMS reporting into insights that lead to better learner outcomes. Develop internal comms that promote learning (bonus points for video creation/editing skills).
Coordinate training logistics with a smile and a spreadsheet. Be the go-to for learning trends, tools, and ideasleading the team into whats next. What Were Looking For At least 2 years experience in L&D Strong organisation skillsyoure a details person.
A natural communicator who can simplify complex ideas and data. Experience with LMS platforms (Docebo is a plus). Confident with Articulate and learning technologies.
Curious, open-minded, and always looking for a better way. Comfortable with data (Power BI skills are a bonus). Positive, proactive, and a true team player.
