About the Role: This is a varied and rewarding position with a strong focus on dairy production, supported by sheep, beef, and occasional equine and deer work. Youll thrive in a role that includes: 75% Dairy clinical duties 15% Sheep & beef work 10% Other clinical duties (equine, deer, and more) Building trusted " KeyVet " relationships with farming clients Delivering top-tier veterinary care and advice across the board Contributing to community engagement and clinic growth About You: Were keen to meet someone who loves what they do and brings a strong mix of technical expertise and great people skills. Youll have: BVSc or equivalent qualification (essential) At least 23 years experience in large animal practice (dairy focus ideal) Strong communication and relationship-building skills A full NZ drivers licence Great organisational skills and attention to detail A passion for rural communities and an interest in business growth Experience in New Zealand rural practice with a passion for NZ farming systems is a must .
