The role Were looking for a Lawyer or Solicitor to join our real estate team. There is a broad scope of work on offer, covering all aspects of commercial and residential property and from all directions, with a particular emphasis on commercial leasing and residential property development.
We are also frequently engaged on complex property finance transactions for acquisitions, refinancing and development. Alongside our property work, we also advise on private client matters, such as trusts, will and estates. The role will have you working closely with the other members of our Auckland property team, in particular Paul Chambers as lead partner, who has a diverse client portfolio, ranging from individual entrepreneurs to large-scale developers and listed and institutional portfolio holders.
Our team are highly experienced and commercially astute, as well as being a flexible and diverse group who are looking for someone who is motivated, enthusiastic, agile and eager to work as part of the team.
