Job Opportunity: Construction Lawyer (3 Years PQE) Location: London, UK Our client, a leading firm in London, is seeking a talented Construction Lawyer with at least 3 years PQE to join their dynamic Construction practice. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile, complex projects for a diverse range of clients across the construction project lifecycle. NZ and Australian-qualified lawyers with a minimum of 3 years experience in non-contentious construction law are encouraged to apply.

Your role As part of the Construction team, you will: Deliver high-level, clear legal advice throughout the construction project lifecycle (onshore and offshore) to a broad client base, including HNW individuals, joint ventures, corporate organisations, institutional investors, developers, industry bodies, and private healthcare providers. Act as the primary contact for advising clients on ongoing and existing matters. Contribute to business development initiatives to grow the firms Construction practice.

Examples of recent work You will engage in significant and rewarding projects, such as: Advising a multi-million-pound property developer on development agreements for build-to-rent and affordable housing projects. Guiding tenants on the construction of a state-of-the-art biotech facility. Supporting hotel owners with a high-end refurbishment in the most affluent centres in Europe.

Advising on the redevelopment of Grade 2 and Grade 1 listed buildings. Acting for a developer on a prime riverside redevelopment spanning delivering over 200 luxury residential units with secure underground parking. What they are looking for The ideal candidate will have: A minimum of 3 years PQE in non-contentious construction law, with experience gained from a recognised construction law practice.

Expertise in advisory construction law, with some contentious experience being advantageous. A strong understanding of construction law and its commercial application. Excellent client relationship and business development skills.

A strong academic history with the ability to think creatively and analytically. A high level of professionalism, integrity, and adaptability. Why join this firm?
