Trade Assist is looking for an experienced LBP Carpenter to lead and manage a team on a project in Christchurch. You will be ensuring projects run smoothly, maintain safety standards, and interpret blueprints to deliver high-quality results. Strong leadership and excellent communication are key.

Key Responsibilities: Perform a wide range of carpentry tasks, including framing, foundations, and the installation of windows, doors, and other fixtures. Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans to ensure work is completed to specification. Ensure safety standards are met and adhered to on-site.
Work effectively with your team, communicating clearly to ensure tasks are completed efficiently. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams effectively Requirements: Must hold Building Practitioner Licence Strong attention to detail and pride in the quality of your work. Full tool kit to carry out your carpentry duties.
