The Role We are looking for a passionate and experienced Lead Engineer who will help drive and lead our market leading engineering capability along with our other Senior Engineering Leadership team members. This is a technical role where you'll find yourself leading a variety of teams and engagements contributing to modern software engineering practices, architecture, solution design through to hands on coding of software, pipelines and test automation.

Youll support our engineers in a way that encourages them to innovate and align to our values & meaningful outcomes for ClearPoint clients. You will possess strong expertise in .NET (C#), ReactJS (TypeScript) full-stack development, Cloud Computing especially with AWS (other platforms such as Azure and GCP are nice to have), SQL, and microservices design.

Proficiency in DevOps practices like CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker) is highly desirable. You'll join cross-functional teams to deliver commercial software projects. Immediate availability is ideal (but not a must), and were offering permanent roles based in our Auckland offices.
